Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

 

STORE PICKUP

We allow store pickup for online orders. An email will be sent to you to inform you of when your order is ready. If pickup displays currently unavailable on the product page, you can still select pickup as a shipping option, but will require ordering in which may take 2-4 days. Most pickup orders are available the day of your order and will display pickup available on the product page.

 

DELIVERY

We aim to ship orders within 4 business days Mon-Friday with weekend orders sent out on Monday.

When your order has been picked up for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Orders are generally shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days using Courier Post.

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders with Free Shipping available when you spend over $200.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to Australia and Philippines with timeframes and costs below.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Triple Threat is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for more information here.
